Welcome to Up The Anti Ltd. We’re a creative agency specialising in social media management, content creation, videography, photography and training. By working with us or using our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Services We Offer

We provide a range of creative services including:

  • Social media strategy and management

  • Content creation (Reels, TikToks, photography)

  • Videography and photography for brand, web and campaign use

  • Training, mentorship and workshops for teams and individuals

All work is tailored to suit the brief. Full scopes and deliverables will be agreed before we start.

3. Payments & Pricing

For projects, we take a 50% non-refundable deposit upfront, with the remaining 50% due on delivery.
For retainer services, we invoice monthly in advance.

All invoices are due within 30 days unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Prices are bespoke and vary depending on scope.

All pricing is exclusive of VAT (if applicable).

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Project bookings can be rescheduled once with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability. Deposits are non-refundable.

Retainer clients may cancel with 30 days’ written notice. No partial refunds are given for unused time.

5. Content Ownership

Once the full invoice is paid, you own the final edited content.

We do not provide raw footage or unedited imagery as part of any package.

We retain the right to use any work we create for you in our portfolio, social media, website or marketing materials, unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Training & Mentorship

Any documents, templates or frameworks provided during training are for your personal or internal use only. These cannot be copied, reproduced or resold without our written permission.

7. Timelines & Communication

We’ll always aim to meet agreed deadlines. To keep things moving, we ask clients to respond promptly to requests for feedback, sign-off, or content. Delays in communication may affect delivery timelines.

8. Liability

We take pride in what we do — but we can’t promise specific results. We’re not responsible for any indirect losses such as lost sales, leads, or revenue. Our total liability is always limited to the value of the contract.

9. Portfolio & Publicity

Unless otherwise agreed, you’re happy for us to:

  • Showcase completed work

  • Mention your brand or business name

  • Use screenshots, testimonials or stats from our project with you
